„Decisions“ is an infographic film which was completed in my winter semster 2025/2026. It was a group project done by me and my friend and class mate Finja Behmer.

Using motion and colors we took the ever present problem of making decisions (in this case picking a „Spaßgetränk“ for your friend) and visualizing the thoughts and fears that might take shape while struggling with overthinking.

This film was made during our 5th semester in a motion design project class taught by Etienne Heinrich. Under the title „The Struggle is Real“ we were tasked to make a digital infographic film about an everyday struggle and present a solution.

This is the first project I didn‘t do completely by myself, but with my friend Finja. By doing a group project it quickly came apparent that everyone has their own strenghts, for example me being the front runner in motivating us through the first half while Finja being the pacer to keep us going until the end.

My favorite memories about this project were when firstly: some friends, along with Finja and me, where on vacation in France, and as soon as we found out about this class we were texting each other from across the house daily struggles to use for this film while they were actively happening to us, and secondly: we both were mentoring an art exhibit and started thinking about gags and jokes we could use (the names for the Spaßgetränke were born here).
