„Penelope und die Märchenritter“ (eng. "Penelope and The Fairytale Knights") is an unfinished animated pilot episode from my winter semester of 2025/2026.

This project was made during my 5th semester film project class taught by Tim Dübert. Under the topic of "trash film", our teacher encouraged us to make any kind of film that we would submit to a film festival.

Yeah, did not finish this film. This is a perfect example of biting more of than one can chew. Originally I wanted to animate the whole five and a half minutes of it frame by frame, but with half of my semester over and no finish line in sight and a pretty miserable evening later I decided to change course.
Instead of animating frame by frame, I switched to the program Moho (much to the dismay of my teacher (I'm joking)). I already dabbled with Moho during my summer break and realized that if I wanted to have *anything* to show for at the end of semester, I needed to act quickly. So after Christmas I started rigging and smart boning and googling, and this was the result after a month.
